The “Claustro Las Francesas” apartment has a useful area of 140m2, recently renovated duplex type. It has two floors, the lower one is the living room and kitchen area and the upper one, the rest area with the two individual rooms.

Historic Building

The Monastery of “las Francesas” (or also known as Monastery of Comendadoras de Santa Cruz or Dominicas Franciscanas’ Monastery) is a Catholic church founded in 1487, destined to “ladies of distinction, daughters or sisters of great titles of Spain” .

Currently the restored cloister is preserved as a shopping center, and the church today is a Municipal Exhibition Museum.

Calm, silence and privacy throughout the space are the main characteristics of the community, please avoid noise and be respectful, especially in the common areas. Inside the house, respect the hours of resting from 23:00 pm to 8:00 am. Thank you.

Inside her beatiful apartment, Laura had plenty of goodies for our daughters, orange juice, cereals, etc. She was so generous. The place was spotless. It was equipped with everything you could think of. There was nothing left to chance. The décor is stunning also it is spacious and very comfortable. With 24 hour security, we felt very safe. The apartmen is located in the center of Valladolid. We are only sorry we didn´t get to stay longer and hopefully we will be back.”

The Apartment is located in the historic Center of Valladolid, so in just only 5 minutes you go walking to all the tourist, commercial and business attractions of the city. It has two accesses from Calle María de Molina, number 5 or Calle de Santiago, number 22, the most emblematic shopping street in the city.
